PacketLight PL-1000D

PacketLight’s PL-1000D fiber optic diagnostic solution constantly monitors signal quality and network failures in a single device.
The PL-1000D makes network visibility non-intrusively easier by providing carriers, fiber providers and enterprises with real-time network diagnostics and improved service level agreements (SLAs).
The solution integrates an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) and Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) in a 1U box for minimal rack space and enhanced CAPEX and OPEX.

Flexible design
The PL-1000D monitors up to eight fibres and operates autonomously on dark fibre, illuminated fibre or a third party network without any impact on network traffic. The device monitors the entire spectrum of the DWDM C-band and provides optical spectrum, OSNR and OTDR fiber measurements.

Powerful feature set

The PL-1000D consists of two mechanisms for monitoring active fiber optic networks.

The OTDR detects optical fiber cutting by sending high-power optical pulses into the fiber and creating return reflections. The return signals are measured and calculated, indicating the exact location and intensity of the fault.

The OSA monitors the OSNR and optical spectrum of each fiber and shows a complete, accurate and detailed image of the wavelengths used in the fiber.

CERAGON FibeAir IP-20G

The FibeAir IP-20G is a high-power wireless backhauling system capable of providing up to 1Gbps radio capacity to the transport network. It provides the simplicity that comes from implementing a very compact fixed configuration node and helps customers achieve operational efficiency goals.
FibeAir IP-20G operates in licensed wireless bands from 6 to 42GHz.
It also supports two integrated radio carriers for more high-speed data, as well as optional E1/T1 interfaces.

FibeAir IP-20N is a highly flexible aggregation node offering multi-Gbps radio capability on a large scale. Now available with multicore technology and new radio units, it features high modularity and flexibility and supports a large number of radio carriers with an exceptional variety of line interfaces via modules that can be connected in a wide range of network topologies – making it the preferred node for transport network aggregation sites.
FibeAir IP-20N supports a No Single-Point-of-Failure (No SPoF) architecture, so that the main processing unit and all line and radio interfaces are protected to ensure that your network can consistently support service continuity objectives.

FibeAir IP-20N operates within the full spectrum of microwaves and millimeter waves, offering high spectral efficiency on all frequency bands (4-86GHz), both licensed and licence-free. It also supports all high-speed data interfaces (10GE/1GE/FE) and a wide variety of TDM interfaces (E1/T1, OC-3); operates with a wide variety of standard and high-power multicore radios; and can accommodate various network configurations including 2x 8+0 and 8x 2+0.
